DataHouse Consulting, Inc. (“DataHouse”) is affiliated with the owner and operator of the application, “LumiSight” (the “Service”).  DataHouse, First Hawaiian Bank and LumiSight shall be referred to hereinafter as “us,” “we,” or “our.”  

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information (see definition, below) when you use the Service. We will not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Policy.  By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.

While using the Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including your email address, name, health and experience information (collectively, “Personal Information”). 

We collect your Personal Information for the purpose of providing the Service and restrict access to your Personal Information to our staff involved with providing and monitoring the Service.  The information that you input into the Service will only be retained during the period necessary to support the Service requirements during your use.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of the Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we collect from you.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access the Service. The Service does not address and should not be used by anyone under the age of 13 (the “Child”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please notify us immediately.  If we discover that a Child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 5, 2020 and is subject to change upon posting on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
